Marketing Assistant Intern

to join our team!
You'll be involved in influencer sourcing, social media content creation, video editing, and online posting. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, creative work, and learning how real marketing projects run from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and liaising with influencers / content creators for brand collaborations. Help plan and coordinate social media campaigns and posting schedules. Edit short videos (for TikTok, Instagram Reels, ???, etc.) and prepare visual content for posting. Handle posting and daily updates on company social media accounts. Follow up with influencers on visit schedules, posting, invoices, and payments. Update influencer database and marketing reports in Google Sheets. Brainstorm creative content ideas with the marketing team. Support in other marketing or admin tasks when required. Additional ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related fields. Passionate about social media, content creation, and video editing. Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar apps). Good communication, coordination, and time management skills. Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with guidance. Working day (Mon - Fri), 9am - 6pm/10am-7pm
