  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities (social media content, product promotions, campaigns)
  • Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media
  • Support day-to-day customer service operations to ensure positive customer experience
  • Assist in creating marketing materials (posters, brochures, product highlights)
  • Gather customer feedback and prepare simple service/marketing reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams on order arrangements and follow-ups
