Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

Assist in planning and executing marketing activities (social media content, product promotions, campaigns)
Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media
Support day-to-day customer service operations to ensure positive customer experience
Assist in creating marketing materials (posters, brochures, product highlights)
Gather customer feedback and prepare simple service/marketing reports
Coordinate with internal teams on order arrangements and follow-ups
