Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who will be responsible to serve customers via live chat and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires interaction with customers by different language, most often with product enquiry, delivery enquiry & after sales. We are seeking multilingual and good communication skills candidate.

AngelinChoice is an importer, online distributor and wholesaler of children education toys in Malaysia and has been sourcing quality products to serve the children. AngelinChoice have carefully curated a collection of toys from our childhood and family to share with you and your family.

Who are we looking for:

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Possess minimum education level Diploma
• Candidates with one (1) year Kindergarten Teacher experience is an added advantage.
• Possess good manner when replying to chat
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word / Facebook / Shopee / Lazada)
• Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
• Social media savvy
• Female candidate preferable due to working environment
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin

• To ensure all customer requests, enquires and complaints are attended and responded to in a professional manner and as per required service level
• To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems
• Able to read and write in English & Mandarin
• Follow up with reviews & ratings
• Strong solving problem skill
• Any others task assign by superior
• Computer literate

• Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)
• Saturday (9am - 1pm)
