Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Business.
• Experience in social media management, design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), or event support is an advantage.
• Creative and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Familiar with social media trends, content creation, and basic design tools.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across social media, email, and in-store platforms.
• Support the development of visual and written content including posters, menus, banners, and digital posts.
• Help coordinate photo/video shoots and compile creative assets.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Support content scheduling and monitoring across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Assist in responding to online customer messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely manner.
• Help analyze social media performance and gather insights for monthly reporting.

Event Coordination & Public Relations

• Support planning and execution of events, new store launches, roadshows, and collaborations.
• Assist in coordinating media invitations, influencer arrangements, and event logistics.
• Help prepare press releases, campaign write-ups, or brand decks.

Brand Consistency & Store Collateral

• Ensure brand materials are up-to-date and accurately distributed to outlets.
• Assist in updating store marketing collaterals such as tent cards, digital screens, POP materials, etc.
• Support outlet requests related to marketing needs.

Administrative & Team Support

• Assist in tracking marketing expenses and vendor coordination.
• Help prepare internal communications or reports for campaign reviews.
• Support any ad hoc assignments from the Marketing or Operations team.
