Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic marketing team.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Familiarity with brand management concepts and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to attract and retain followers.
• Ability to create compelling and informative content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
• Knowledge of campaign management principles and the ability to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote East Sun Group's restaurant brands.
• Support the digital marketing team in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Contribute to brand management efforts by ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating logistics, tracking results, and preparing reports.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for East Sun Group's restaurant brands.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
