Job Description

As a Marketing & Telemarketing Intern at Casbay, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing outreach activities, and supporting the sales pipeline through telemarketing initiatives. This internship will give you exposure to both traditional and digital marketing strategies while sharpening your communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Casbay's services. Conduct telemarketing calls to potential leads, introducing Casbay's products and services. Support the team in lead generation, market research, and data entry. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or chat to nurture relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team on social media, email campaigns, and other promotional activities. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve campaigns and sales strategies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required, additional languages a plus). Comfortable with phone-based outreach and engaging with potential customers. Basic understanding of marketing principles (digital marketing, lead generation, branding). Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hosting, cloud services, or IT solutions is an advantage (not mandatory).
