At GSC, you'll gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of Malaysia's leading movie experience brand and as part of our our team, you'll work on real projects, assist with campaigns and events, and learn how creativity meets business in the entertainment industry!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Management & Inventory Support

Assist in tracking stock levels, performing stock counts, and updating inventory records. Support replenishment planning and prepare reports for slow-moving/fast-moving items.

2. Merchandising & Retail Operations

Assist the merchandising team with daily tasks such as code creation, PO creation, and documentation. Prepare store teams for new product arrivals, launches, and promotional campaigns.

3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Prepare documentation such as purchase orders, listing forms, price tags, and product SKU records. Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Concession) for product activations or launches.

4. On-Ground Event & Campaign Assistance

Act as the liaison/subject matter expert for cinema merchandise during cross-functional meetings and discussions.

5. Other Ad Hoc Duties

Support any other related tasks or company programmes as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a

Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management

, or a related field. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

. Attention to detail Able to manage work and meet deadlines Good teamwork and collaboration Adaptability & learning agility
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
