What's for you to learn?



Gain hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination processes. Develop skills in documentation, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination. Learn how different departments collaborate to ensure smooth production and timely order completion.

What you'll be doing?



Prepare daily job summaries, including printing of VOs, production orders, service orders, cutlists, and drawings. Distribute production orders to section heads for next-day work. Check and ensure all relevant cutlists and drawings are attached before releasing orders to production. Print and process new daily jobs (VOs, service orders, cutlists, and drawings). Assist PPC in maintaining and updating the production planning schedule with accurate information. Handle sample requisitions by scheduling for production or forwarding to purchasing for non-production items. Liaise with the purchasing team to follow up on sample arrivals for further processing. Ensure timely completion of sample requisitions and hand over samples to Sales Support. Provide support to PPC during absences. Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good coordination and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Internship duration:
