Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of property development principles and real estate market dynamics.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to various aspects of property development, from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies for potential property development projects.
• Assist in the planning and execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the review of construction documents, contracts, and other legal agreements.
• Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support the team in managing relationships with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and analysis to evaluate project profitability and investment returns.
