We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Engineering Intern to join the Wells / Well Intervention team. This role is designed for students who want exposure to upstream operations, field activity planning, and engineering problem-solving in a dynamic oil & gas environment.
Role Overview
As part of the Wells / Well Intervention team, you will:

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution readiness for well intervention activities
• Assist engineers in preparing technical dossiers, risk assessments, and program documentation
• Participate in data gathering, well performance analysis, and post-job reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, safety observations, and performance tracking
• Engage with offshore operations personnel, contractors, and cross-functional teams to support daily operational needs
• Help develop presentations, dashboards, and workflow materials for decision-making

Candidate Criteria
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Engineering academic background - preferably Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related fields
• Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently and responsibly
• Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting
• Eager to learn, curious, and willing to take on new challenges both technical and operational
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with engineers, supervisors, and field personnel
• Ability to manage time, coordinate multiple tasks, and adapt to operational changes
• Familiarity with MS Office tools; exposure to well engineering software or data platforms is a plus
