We are a CIDB grade 7 contractor that takes great pride in our capability to fully tailor cost-effective and integrated solutions for our clients while ensuring effective design and build quality. We specialise in interior works, upgrading works, refurbishment works, general construction and design and build.

We are looking for an intern to support and be responsible for QS related matter in our company which is specializing in Interior Design.

job responsibilities

To assist in daily operations of procurement department & project site operations To assist in estimate the quantity and costs of materials To review all interior reno/construction drawings & specifications. To assist prepare all the related documents, request for quotation and contracts. Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers. Responsible to prepare post project budget, progress claims and final accounts. To ensure documentations are in line with SOP. Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

What you need to succeed in this job?

Pursuing at least Diploma and above in Quantity Survey related studies. Good knowledge in construction materials and methods. Willing to work at office in Sri Petaling. Able to handle timelines with good update skills to superiors and all job related on hand. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, ability to communicate in Chinese and dialects is a plus Must possess own transport
