Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administrative or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Quantity Surveying principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and apply them in real-world projects.
• Familiarity with Interior Design concepts and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and Administration Management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn about Business Administration aspects within an architecture and interior design firm.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quantity surveying reports and cost estimations for interior design projects.
• Support the interior design team in developing design concepts, preparing presentations, and selecting materials.
• Provide administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Assist in the coordination of project activities, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Support the business administration functions, such as data entry, invoice processing, and procurement activities.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the architecture and interior design industry.
