Job Description

What You'll Do:

Assist recruiters in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. Learn how to conduct initial candidate screenings via calls and chats. Help manage interview scheduling and follow-ups. Support in maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers. Work alongside experienced recruiters and gain insights into end-to-end recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For:

Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. Good communication and people skills. Eager to learn about talent sourcing, recruitment, and the HR industry. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
