Job Responsibility Observe and actively participate in early childhood education programs and nursing activities. Support early childhood educators in planning and executing educational activities for children. Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children under the guidance of nursing professionals. Learn and assist with basic nursing procedures under supervision. Gain hands-on experience in supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of children. Collaborate with the educational team to integrate healthcare practices into the early childhood education setting. Participate in health education activities for children and parents. Assist in documenting observations, activities, and health-related information. Engage in continuous learning opportunities related to early childhood education and nursing. Provide feedback and engage in reflective discussions to enhance learning. Collaborate with educators, nurses, and other professionals to create a holistic learning experience.
