Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Social Media Posting - Create and schedule posts on social platforms. Manage and update ideas for regular content and advertising content calendar (brainstorming and organizing ideas for TikTok, ???, Instagram posts & stories, and YouTube).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
Undertake administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the department
Liaise between various departments within the establishment.
Ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to request promptly
Assisting for reservations arrangements and communicate with front desk on the reservation.
Handling customer enquiries at front desk reception counter.
Handling request and problem solutions in order for customer satisfaction
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
