Requirements

• Fresh graduates / Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Customer Service Skill
• Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Malay
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous

Responsibilities
Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Help maintain CRM systems and track leads through the sales pipeline.
• Participate in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Customer Engagement:

• Help engage with customers on social media platforms and other channels to maintain brand presence.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries or feedback, when necessary.

Administrative Tasks:

• Help with general administrative duties for the marketing and sales team.
• Assist with organizing promotional events, webinars, or product launches.
