Job Description


  • Minimum "O" level or equivalent, prefer undergraduate student\xe2\x80\xa2 Great interpersonal, multitasking and communication skill\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to follow through daily task\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in logistic is a bonus\xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese\xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate in google and online commerce software
Responsibilities
  • Handles all administrative task including filing, purchasing etc\xe2\x80\xa2 Receiving / issuing stock and updating stock into inventory system\xe2\x80\xa2 Setup new business channels - offline and online orders\xe2\x80\xa2 Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers\xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to customer queries\xe2\x80\xa2 Social media (IG / FB / Google) content creation management\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the delivery arrangements\xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute promotion aligned to business & festive events\xe2\x80\xa2 Running errands and any other ad-hoc duties
