Tanggungjawab
Support shipment requirements and liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments are handled promptly and delivered on time.
Assist senior staff in coordinating with the customer service team to ensure smooth, proper, and timely execution of outbound/inbound shipments, including shipping documentation and related activities.
Ensure proper filing and update systems accordingly.
Handle and process customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Execute day-to-day sales activities, including sales visits, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customer feedback.
Stay updated on market trends and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare proposals and quotations for customers and follow up closely to convert them into actual sales.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
