Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Section 13, Petaling Jaya Selangor
Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia written & oral communication skills. Additional languages would be advantageous
Comfortable to speak to customers on the phone
Follow up with customers effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable
Good team player.
Demonstrating a high level of commitment, energy, resilience and tenacity in doing the job.

Utilising consultative selling techniques to promote financial products to potential customers.
Assessing and analyzing the client\'s financial situation
Providing advice and recommendation on a variety of financial product solutions
Responsible in delivering daily and monthly KPIs to comply with the company\'s standards on calls quality.
Keeping up to date with the latest financial products and regulatory changes
