Responsibilities

Research and generate lists of potential customers
Engage and build good rapport with existing customers, with the aim of converting potential leads to customers.
Keep customers updated with latest offerings to build trust and ensure top of mind awareness.
Maintain sales records
Proactive in following up with customers.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
