Job Description


As an intern in our Operations and Customer Service team, you are able to/it is an:

  • Submit related documents to customer and courier services for approval
  • Follow up with carrier on supporting docs amd upload into CW1 for billing
  • Added advantage if you have knowledge about INCOTERMS.
To achieve the above learning outcome, you are expected to take the challenge as below:
  • Attending and responding to any enquiries via email correspondences pertaining to shipment status and documentation.
  • Involve in the daily planning of the operations under supervision.
  • Learning \'How to\' communicate with internal and external stakeholder on tasks status.
To be selected for this internship, the below is the requirements:
  • At least Diploma and /or Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Transportations or any equivalent academic background.
  • Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders.
  • It is an advantage for those who can speak and write fluent English as the positions requires to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Able to commit at most 6-months internship in May/June 2023 and to be based at Iskandar Puteri.
