Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
• Proven experience in writing engaging ad copy.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines, multitask, and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about advertising, independent & willing to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for scheduled posts and ads.
• Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns aligned with clients' objectives.
• Assist in managing the client's social media accounts (Facebook/ Instagram/ Tik Tok/ Xiao Hong Shu).
• Participate in photo & video shooting to ensure that posts are engaging.
• Daily monitoring and analyzing the community management.
• Assist in sourcing new database of influencers.
• Plan, execute and support physical and/or virtual events.
• Attend to any other ad hoc tasks as required.
• Communicate with external parties to fulfill the needs of events, including liaison with KOL.
