Job Description

Must be pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management/ Business Management or in any related fields

Responsibilities:



Including but not limited to the following:

Assist in data entry and filing of purchase orders and supplier documents Help with preparing and processing purchase requests and orders Support in coordinating with suppliers for order delivery and follow-up Update and upload procurement documents to SharePoint and ERP systems (e.g., AX) Assist in preparing reports or documentation for internal teams Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor

Key Requirements:



Must be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Management/Procurement, or related fields Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Preferably final year students Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willing to work in Bangi Internship duration: 3 to 6 months

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
