Job Description

Assisting the technical team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This may involve diagnosing problems, providing guidance to end-users, and documenting solutions.
Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of technical equipment, including computers, servers, peripherals, and audiovisual systems. This may involve hardware installation, software updates, and routine maintenance tasks.
Assisting in the management and organization of technical data, including documentation, manuals, and technical specifications. This may involve creating and updating databases, organizing files, and ensuring data integrity and security, reporting bugs, and assisting in the resolution of identified issues.
Working collaboratively with the technical team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. This may involve participating in team meetings, providing status updates, and contributing ideas and suggestions.
