to join our operations team. This hands-on role is ideal for a problem-solver who excels at diagnosing issues, performing repairs, ensuring quality, and providing crucial technical support. You will be fundamental in maintaining the quality and performance of our electronic devices and services.
Core Responsibilities
As a Technician Intern, you will gain comprehensive experience in technical operations and quality assurance by:
Repair & Troubleshooting:
Check and repair various types of customer devices
and technical equipment.
Provide support in
troubleshooting hardware and software issues
for internal systems and external clients.
Analyze results to evaluate performance and identify defects
in devices.
Follow up post-repair
to ensure all technical issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Technical Assembly & Quality Control:
Perform
technical assembly, installation, and testing
of electronic devices.
Test item warranties and record a video
of the process for documentation.
Conduct
testing and packaging of customers' orders
, ensuring quality control before dispatch.
Logistics & General Support:
Resolve network and connectivity issues
and provide general technical support.
Assist with
editing and merging videos
for technical documentation or internal needs.
Be responsible for
sending parcels to a nearby courier hub or lorry
for dispatch.
Handle
ad hoc tasks
assigned by the supervisor from time to time, demonstrating flexibility.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Academic Background:
Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science
, or an equivalent technical field.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with computer technologies, tools, and devices
to improve learning, productivity, and performance is required.
Communication & Attitude:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
in both
English and Bahasa Malaysia
.
A
self-starter
with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a
positive attitude, approachability

Possess
excellent problem-solving ability
