Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Science or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Retail experience is an added advantage.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, with good coordination skills to manage the job
Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Malay
A good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist to extract contents to create and beautify selected brand\'s operations manual based on principal\'s training contents
Update eLearning materials and training contents
Update and post supervised social media and website content in our retail membership programme platform
Perform administrative duties, maintain files, key-in data and organize documents as needed
Prepare training aids and perform administrative work
Support in ad-hoc matters arising from the needs of the department
