Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that may arise during travel operations.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized and memorable travel experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A genuine passion for the travel industry and a desire to contribute to creating exceptional travel experiences.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their travel experience.
  • Support the team in preparing travel itineraries, quotations, and other travel-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to confirm bookings and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant information in the company's system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new travel products and services to enhance the company's offerings.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to customers.
