Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in gaining practical experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the copper clad laminate (CCL) and prepreg materials industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Mandarin and English to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks within the assigned department, contributing to the efficient workflow of manufacturing or production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Support data collection and analysis efforts, providing insights to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
