Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a seat. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Process payments and issue receipts when needed. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Friendly and customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shift, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
