Job Scope This exciting role is responsible for supporting the (GFS) Global Finance Services\' Global Continuous Improvement team and you will be supporting the continuous improvement lead in process mapping and be involved in some of the projects. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing
To support in quarterly update of GFS Service Catalogue. Candidate will work with the managers in various locations to identify and correct data issues.
To support on New Continuous Improvement process go live.
Populate data from old tracker into our new project database, on which the new dashboard reporting will sit.
Reconcile data sets, ensure all projects and details are captured.
Able to support on process excellence logs such as SharePoint and ability to communicate with process owners and understand the requirements and preparing of documentation
It would be an added advantage for candidates who are able to do simple MACRO (Visual Basic) and help the team with the simple automation processes.
Job Requirement You will be an experienced continuous Improvement professional with a high attention to detail and an ability to work closely with key stakeholders, supporting them to achieve their objectives. We are looking for someone who is:
Able to communicate with process owners
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Competent in Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy [MS EXCEL]
Minimum Year of Working Experience 1 Year Minimum Qualification Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum Grade Second Class Upper Field Of Study Not Specified
