Assist in daily gym operations including member registration and customer support.
Guide members on basic gym rules, equipment usage and safety.
Maintain cleanliness of gym facilities and ensure equipment is in good condition.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Assist in managing inventory such as towels, beverages, and fitness products.
Monitor member check-in/out and update member records.
Support event or fitness activities organized by the gym.
Perform other operational tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Male/Female, fresh graduate or currently pursuing Diploma/Degree.
Preferably studying
Sports Science, Fitness, Recreation, Business, Marketing, or related fields
.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, responsible and able to work in a team.
Passionate about health, fitness, and gym industry.
Willing to work on shift and weekends (if required).
