We offer a unique, integrated approach to rehabilitation and wellness, delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatments in a supportive, patient-centered environment.Position Overview:
We are seeking students who are interested to undergo training in the field of healthcare services. This role involves working closely with our expert team to provide quality services to our customers.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Assist customers in booking/rescheduling appointments and explaining available wellness services. Maintain accurate client records and update service logs as needed. Assist in basic administrative duties and customer follow-up. Any other tasks as assigned by the customer service supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.Languages:
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, physical fitness, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.Internship period:
3 month(s) & above.Job Types: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
