Job Description


Responsibilities: Guest Services: Assist in providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Event Management: Support the planning and execution of [specify type of events, e.g., conferences, weddings, etc.], including logistics, coordination, and on-site support. Front Desk Operations: Gain hands-on experience in managing front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and ensuring a smooth guest arrival and departure process. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as [list relevant departments, e.g., housekeeping, catering, etc.] to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Customer Feedback: Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Administrative Tasks: Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation to ensure efficient workflow. Job Type: Internship
