We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate students to join our hotel operations team. This internship provides hands-on training and exposure to daily hotel operations, including:
Front Office (check-in/out, reservations, guest enquiries and customer service)
Housekeeping (room preparation, cleanliness standards)
Requirements
Diploma/Degree student in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Internship placement required by university/college
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Positive attitude, willing to learn, team player
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Allowance & Benefits
Internship allowance: RM500.00/month
