The HR Admin Intern will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, documentation, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring manager.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, internship letters, etc.).
Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll support.
3. Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement events and activities.
Assist in communication of HR policies, announcements, and updates.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all documents are properly collected, verified, and stored.
Support HR team in compliance tasks.
5. General Administrative Tasks
Handle office communication, emails, and follow-ups.
Coordinate meetings and maintain HR calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
