Job Description

HR Operations & Administration:



Provide support for daily HR operations. Manage confidential documentation, and maintain organized personal folders.

Talent Acquisition:



Assist with job postings and resume screenings for Operations. Schedule and coordinate candidates for interviews arrangement. Assist on physical career fair.

Employee Relations:



Assist the team in organizing employee events Answer queries from employees

New joiner Onboarding:



Liaise with Head of Department on induction program for new joiners in Head Office.

Other task:



Participate and assist in HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:



Good oral and written skills in English/ Bahasa Malaysia. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills Resourceful, proactive, attention to details and a good team player
Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
