Job Description

Internship JD - Admin (Payroll, Operation & Recruitment)



Assist in payroll tasks including attendance checking, data entry, payslip preparation, and statutory contributions. Assist in documentation and correspondence such as letters, memos, reports, filing, and record management. Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and offer letter preparation. Assist in employee onboarding, induction sessions, and general HR administration. Assist in ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM300.00 per month
