Job Description


HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities

  • Post new positions on websites and job boards
  • Assist with screening resumes and applications
  • Send offer and regret letters
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
  • Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
  • Proofread HR documents
  • Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel document
Requirements
  • Human Resources Management or Business major
  • Some experience in an office environment preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Marketing Intern Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, email campaigns, online promotion, etc.
  • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
  • Assist with the fulfillment of marketing offers
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
  • Prepare presentations
  • Open and sort mail
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems
  • Provide support to social media efforts
  • Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
  • Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of social media
  • Driven and hard-working
  • Ability to take direction and multi-task
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus
Admin / Beautician Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Intern Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Handle day to day administrative task/activities
  • Checking and uploading of documents in a timely manner
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties
  • Organized and Perform ad-hoc job related duties when assigned
  • Improve adminstration efficiency.
  • Maintain reports in excel
Requirements:
  • Diligent, organized and meticulous
  • Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a good eye for detail
  • Is responsible and dependable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets preferable
  • Willing to learn

Contract length: 3 - 6 months Pay: From RM500.00 per month Benefits:
