Monitor and update employees' daily attendance, and submit the reports to HR Manager & Management.
Immediately highlight any attendance irregularities (e.g., late arrivals, absences without justification) to HR.
Serve as the front desk/customer service representative, greeting visitors and managing general inquiries.
Assist in hosting visitors, including preparing beverages and light refreshments.
Coordinate with canteen contractors, especially for company events or when visitors are present.
Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, documentation, follow-up actions, and other office support tasks.
Provide basic HR operational support HR Department.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and confidentiality.
