Role Overview

As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. You will work closely with our consultants to support the end-to-end recruitment process, develop sourcing skills, and understand employer-employee market dynamics in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist recruiters in managing job postings across various job portals and social media platforms. Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial candidate outreach via phone, email, or LinkedIn. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients. Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/CRM). Support the preparation of candidate profiles, CV formatting, and interview summaries. Assist in employer branding activities, recruitment marketing campaigns, and job fairs. Provide general administrative and reporting support to the recruitment team.
Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field. Strong communication skills (English, Malay; Mandarin is an advantage for certain roles). Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about recruitment and HR processes. Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus. Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
