1. Sales Intern - Wire Harness Industry

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and following up on quotations for customers. Support in handling customer RFQs and basic technical queries. Coordinate with engineering and production for pricing and lead times. Help maintain customer databases Participate in client meetings and internal sales reviews.

2. Shipping & Logistics Intern - Wire Harness Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing shipping documents (invoice, packing list, etc.). Help track inbound/outbound shipments and update delivery schedules. Coordinate with courier companies Learn export documentation Maintain records for audit and compliance.

3. Project Intern - New Product Development (Wire Harness)

Assist in preparing project timelines and tracking progress. Support the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM). Coordinate drawing approvals and sample development. Document customer requirements and internal process flows. Participate in cross-functional team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in preparing daily/weekly production schedules. Track material requirements and help update inventory records. Follow up with stores, production, and purchase departments. Assist in analyzing demand and lead time data. Document production deviations or shortages.
