Updating hospital databases by compiling new employee personal profile. Screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill hospital job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. Coordinating new hire orientations. Coordinating both internal & external training workshops Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assisting the HR staff in daily operations. Ensuring all the filings are done in accordance to guidelines.

Requirements / Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field. Minimum CGPA 3.0 Good communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal) Effective time management skills, good team player, and ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
