Review and revamp identified HR Policies including redesign/redevelopment, documentation, and publishing of HR policies.
Design and lead policy communications (including communication planning, development of materials, and delivery of the plan in collaboration with other HRBPs)
Collaborate with key stakeholders in both HR and other functions to support the above objectives
Participate in other activities and initiatives related to HR process improvement, HR analytics, employee surveys, employee onboarding and development.
Support other ad hoc matters.
