:
Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and organize HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
Support payroll and attendance tracking activities.
Assist in handling employee benefits, leave applications, and medical claims.
Participate in HR projects, staff engagement activities, and training programs.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information.
Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned by the HR Department.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Internship Duration: 3 - 6 months (depending on university requirements).
