Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Manage the employee database and ensure accurate records.
Support training and employee development activities.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
Support any ad-hoc task assign by superior.
Qualifications
:
Active student or holder of a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work with attention to detail and possess good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Highly motivated and able to work well in a team.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
