Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance appraisal systems.
Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations.
Contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
