Monitoring employee and Sub-con attendance for multiple office locations (KL Branch, PPUM/ JETI/ PENGERANG Site Office).
Ensuring record-keeping is updated.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
Implementing office standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring staff compliance with company policies.
Monitoring new Protege hires' confirmation period and liaising with department heads.
Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
Establish communication with governmental agencies in matters related to HR.
Being a spokesperson for HR-related matters.
Administrative Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.
In charge of staff travel arrangements.
Maintaining and monitoring office supply.
Setting up a Google Drive platform for project e-filing.
Providing support and management services to various divisions when needed.
