We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Group Talent Development & Management. This role offers valuable exposure to corporate training coordination and employee development initiatives across different business groups.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with various business groups on training-related matters
Act as the point of contact for training coordination and HRDC grant-related queries
Liaise and follow up with HRDC on any enquiries or grant application matters
Draft emails and create posters or visual content for training program communications
Assist in setting up training sessions, including logistics and administrative reporting as well as payment follow ups
Provide support for training programs and learning initiatives as needed
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
A team player who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,499.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
