Assist administration, distribution, record , stock monitoring of uniforms, shoes, lab coat, locker and upkeep company keys.
Assist handle travelling request e.g accomodation, air ticket, visa apply and others transportation request.
Assist stationeries ordering and distribution.
Manage and monitor outsource vendor (e.g waste collector, security guards, laundry service etc.)
Arrange & coordinate for the approved training request and maintain all the training record.
Others HR & Admin function such as foreign worker hostel management & permit renewal, cleanliness of the company, license renewal, medical check up arrangement etc.
Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
Requirements
Willing to undergo internship at Tanjung Langsat area.
Monthly Allowance and Free Meal will be provided
PPE will be provided.
Training period: 3 months/ 6 months and above
