Migrate data and staff information form physical sources to HRIS;
Assist in the maintenance of Human Capital database and record management;
Consolidate information for Human Capital database and reports;
Perform administrative tasks to support of Human Capital initiatives;
Perform relevant Human Capital documents using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Assist in daily office operation work (e.g. Filling, Photocopies, Telephone & any other as required);
Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Specification
Basic Qualification: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
Skills:
Able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to maintain high standard of confidentiality.
Exhibits good verbal, written and interactive communication skills able to follow instruction, creative, independent, attention to details and pro-active.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
